Drop it Off or Ship it In

The customer must either drop of the equipment or have it sent in the mail. All repairs are written up and
customer are given a copy. We do not offer a pick up service. There is a $20 diagnostic fee that goes towards
the cost of the repair if approved.

Wait for Estimate

The equipment is picked up by our technician every Monday and Thursday. Estimates typically assessed 2-3 days after pickup.

Customer Approves or Refuses Estimate

We will call the customer with an estimate as soon as we recieve them. If the call is not picked up, we will leave a voicemail.

Wait for Return

Refused or Approved, the equipment will be returned to us at the store. For refusals, this is typically the next pick up day.

Pay and Pick Up

When returned, we will give the customer a call. If there is no answer, we will leave a voicemail. If refused, $20 diagnostic fee is due.
